Safety Message to the Penn Community
There have been multiple recent reports by Penn students and other community members of groups of young people slapping or striking individuals in the head on and near Penn’s campus, specifically in the area of 40th to 38th Streets, from Market Street to Locust Street. Electric Scooter Thefts
he Division of Public Safety is investigating an increase in electric scooter thefts in the Penn Patrol zone. Thefts have occurred throughout the patrol zone and are focused in the following areas: 34th and Spruce to Convention Avenue in the Medical Complex area, and along 40th Street from Market to Spruce Streets.
